FAQ
- How long should a workout timer be?
- Most strength sessions land between 45 and 75 minutes; HIIT sessions are 20–30. The default here is 45 minutes — adjust up for longer sessions, down for short, intense ones.
- Will the timer keep running if I lock my phone?
- Yes. The countdown is scheduled server-side, so the workout-end notification arrives via Telegram, push, or email regardless of the device being locked or the tab open.
- Can I use this as a rest-period timer between sets?
- Yes — set it to 60, 90, or 180 seconds, label it "rest", and start it after each heavy set. For structured interval work, the interval and Tabata timers are a better fit.
- Can I save my standard workout duration?
- Yes. After running it once you can save it as a daily or weekday-only recurring reminder so the workout block is queued automatically.
